Happpy half birhday Benjamin!!!

Today, Benjamin turned 6 months old! He had his immunization, and his well baby check up. He weighed in at a whopping 18 pounds and 12 ounces, which puts him in the 75% percentile for his weight. And he is 28 1/2 inches long! That puts him over the 95% percentile for height!!!! He is either exactly at or ahead of all his developmental skills. When the Dr saw him not crying after his immunization, he didn't believe that Ben was only 6 months. Sometimes we don't believe it either! He really is ready to be a grown up. Not yet Ben...Not yet!

Our big boy is eating rice cereal along with his bottle now. Next week, he will be trying yummy green peas! Love th bib Judy!
Our big boy is rolling over and sleeping on his stomach now. He refuses to sleep on his back.
After a yummy rice cereal half birthday dinner, we gave him his little touch leap pad that Aunt Judy sent. This has been waiting in his nursery for him to turn 6 months! He tried to eat the box.
But. then when he saw what was inside he got excited.
Our big boy is almost crawling. He holds his head up high, and pulls his legs under him. He can still do the backwards military crawl, and scooch himself around. I give it another month and he'll be crawling!
