Happy Halloween!

Halloween lunch time....yup, still in our pj's........ :)
Ben could watch this movie 4 times a day if he had his way! Today we watched it twice! Ghouly green broccoli and orange cheesy macaroni ~
TRUNK OR TREAT ~

Our church Hallowen party. First we had a chili and soup dinner. Benjamin was clapping with some music that was playing in the background. His favorite Halloween song is, The witch Doctor sung by David Seville and The Chipmunks. Mr Incredible, Horsey, and Penguin ~ Benjamin with his buddies Brycen and Kael ~
Ben enjoyed handing out candy and popcorn balls more than trick or treating ~

BACK AT HOME - CANDY TIME! Time to dump his Thomas the train candy holder and see what he got! Yummy! His favorite...dum dum lollipops!
Airheads rule!

While sorting the candy, we watched a classic Halloween movie ~ My attempt at getting a picture of the two of us......Ben kept using the airhead candy as a telephone. He was telling Daddy how much candy he got.
We missed you Daddy! Next year we will all dress up together! We saved you some candy! See you soon!

Hey, you guys never came by our car!! I'm sad I didn't offer to take a picture of you and Ben together, sorry :( It was so fun to see you guys this evening, LOVE the penguine costume and thanks for letting us borrow horsey, Brycen loves it!

We had trunk N treat at our church this past tuesday. We had potato bar with chili. 2 wards got together this year and we actually ran out of food. There were so many people. OH my!

Fun stuff. We just love trunk or treat at church. Emma and Ben have so much in common- she loves the dum dum lollipops too! You look FAB by the way :)

I guess I jinxed myself with the second to last post. I was bragging on how "easy" this pregnancy has been. Well, the good news is that I have yet to lose my lunch, breakfast, or any meal with this baby. The bad news is that I have been losing a lot of blood and having sharp pains in my belly. This was day 4 of those same symptoms, and I decided to head to a DR to make sure everything was okay. The great news is that I saw the baby's heartbeat for the first time and it was strong! And the cervix looks perfect. Also, I went to one of the best OB Women's health centers in the west. The Mary Birch Women and Baby center is amazing! Their staff was wonderful! I was treated by a perionatologist (Dr who deals with high risk pregnancies) who just "happened" to be on staff that day. I felt very reassured after leaving that I had received the best treatment possible. (Shauna - I thought of you the whole time) I realized how blessed I am to always have such great Dr...
